Jewel
To create a chamber worthy of such an exceptional fragrance requires the touch of a master. A name respected throughout the world: Ateliers Dinand in the heart of Paris. Pierre Dinand perfume bottles hold the fragrance creations of the greatest houses. A reputation built on over 35 years in the service of designers of high fashion.
1kg of pure platinum, 18k gold and ruby crystal capture. The beauty and richness of the fragrance whilst remaining faithful to one objective: quality beyond fashion. Finished with a 2.6 carat diamond encrusted wreath, it is as precious as a fine piece of jewellery.
Each is entirely handmade and bears the recipients name, an individual number and hallmarks.
Never before has so costly a fragrance been married to so precious a jewel.
Case
Traditional skills of woodworking and leather trimming have been brought together to create the perfect presentation case for the Jewel.
The case is made from the recipient’s personal choice of decorative veneers: from burr elm, burr walnut, burr maple or burr yew, enhanced by cross banding and the art of marquetry. Gold leaf is then carefully applied to specific areas and the exterior is hand lacquered and polished to a superlative finish.
S. C. Gordon Ltd., Rolls-Royce authorised coachbuilders, were commissioned by Arfaq to make the case.
The interior of the case houses the Jewel, cosseted in the finest Connolly hide. The perfect fit that can only come from 30 hours of craftsmanship which each case commands. As with the veneers, the recipient is offered a choice of colours for the fine Connolly hide interior.
Key
To complement the richly inlaid presentation box, the House of Graff were commissioned by Arfaq to produce a key of such quality and finesse as to be an item of jewellery in its own right.
Hand-made in 18ct gold set with 28 fine white brilliant cut diamonds to both sides of the V1 symbol.The collar of the shaft is carefully crafted with 10 channel-set rich red rubies and the whole key is finished by a loop set with 6 diamonds enabling the key to be worn as a pendent or on a bracelet.
Only 173 keys will be crafted.
Each will be hallmarked and numbered.
